The Buck Memorial Library was built in 1887 on Bucksport's Main Street. The library serves the towns of Bucksport, Orland and Verona Island in addition to surrounding communities.

We strive to be attentive to the needs of our community and be responsive to the ever-changing landscape of knowledge and how it is acquired.
